will my founding member pricing stay if I cancel and rejoin?
We love that you're here as a founding member - but if you cancel, your founding rate of $39 USD p/m won't be held.
If you rejoin, you'll come back in at the current pricing of $59 USD p/m.
So if you're on the fence, we'd hate for you to lose it 🍽️
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Can I pause my membership?
We don't currently offer a pause option - BUT you can cancel anytime and rejoin when you're ready.

When does new content drop each month?
Your monthly content menu drops in the last week of every month so you're fully prepped before the 1st.
Trend tastings drop weekly throughout the month so there's always something fresh waiting for you 🌶️
How do I customise the Canva templates to my brand?
Open the template link and click "use template" to save a copy to your own Canva account.
From there, swap the fonts and colours to match your brand kit, add your own photos or graphics and update any text.
If you haven't set up a Canva brand kit yet, we'd recommend doing that first - it makes the whole process so much faster 🍽️
How do I use the GPT tools if I don't have ChatGPT Plus?
The AI personal assistants work best with a ChatGPT Plus account. If you're on the free plan you can still access them but may hit usage limits.
ChatGPT Plus is currently $20 USD p/m and paired with Reach Recipes it's a game changer 🌶️
Do I need to post every day for this to work?
Absolutely not 🍽️ We recommend 3-4 posts a week - but the most important thing is choosing a posting schedule you can actually stick to.
Consistency always beats frequency on Instagram. Pick your days, show up regularly and let the content do the rest 🌶️
